L' itinerario proposto unisce due classicissime della zona, l' itinerario Monte RAI ( o S. Nicolao) Mattarana e il 28-19, che dal Bracco scende a Levanto.
Da Framura si sale sul Bracco dalla parte di Castagnola, si raggiunge l' Aurelia e si gira a sinistra (dir. Genova)
Dopo poco si stacca sulla destra la stradina asfaltata, molto ripida, che porta alle antenne. Al tornante prima delle antenne si stacca sulla destra il percorso per Mattarana, Attenzione che non è lo sterrato che parte quasi in piano, ma il single track che parte qualche metro prima molto ripido.
Il percorso raggiunge di nuovo l' Aurelia dopo un bel susseguirsi di tratti flow, alcuni tratti attrezzati con salti e sponde e qualche tratto un poco più tecnico.
Raggiunta l' Aurelia si ritorna verso Ge fino a ricongiungersi con la traccia di salita che si segue fino al bivio con Bonassola/Levanto, direzione che si tiene fino ad un trivio dove inizia nel bosco lo sterrato che porta in ripida salita sulla dorsale su cui si snoda il classico 28--19. Questo percorso presenta il primo tratto molto flow con tratti attrezzati, il secondo tratto più tecnico e roccioso.
Finito il tratto roccioso si arriva in prossimità di una casa, da cui si puo' continuare in vari modi. Questa volta noi siamo andati dritti e abbiamo trovato un sentiero piuttosto tecnico, con tornanti molto stretti e sassi smossi, esposizione pieno sud, quindi un po' caldino ...
Attarversata la provinciale in breve si arriva al porticciolo di Levanto, da cui con la ciclabile si può tornare a Framura, non prima di una bella birra ristoratrice ....

'S-classic itinerary combines two of the area, the' Monte RAI route (or St. Nicholas) Mattarana and 28-19, which drops from Bracco in Levanto.
From Framura salt Bracco on the side of Castagnola, you reaches the 'Aurelia and turn left (towards Genoa)
After a little off to the right on the paved road, very steep, which leads to the antennas. At the first bend of the antennas off to the right path for Mattarana, aware that it is not the dirt road that starts almost flat, but the single track that starts a few meters before very steep.
The route reaches again the 'Aurelia after a beautiful series of strokes flow, some trails with jumps and banks and some stretch a little more technical.

After the rocky stretch you get in the vicinity of a house, from which you can 'continue in various ways. This time we went straight and found a path rather technical, with very tight switchbacks and rocks shaken, southern exposure, so a little 'Caldino ...
the provincial Attarversata you will soon arrive at the port of Levanto, from with which you can return to the path Framura, but not before a nice refreshing beer ....
