Il percorso prende il via da Torreano, ma si potrebbe partire da Montina o Ronchis in modo da scaldare le gambe per 3 o 4 km in falsopiano prima di effettuare l'impegnativa salita subito dopo il paese di Torreano.
Il percorso impegnativo e divertente sale prima lungo il versante orientale del monte Noas su pista forestale fino al paesino di Reant e quindi su una bella pista si compie il periplo della sommità del monte. Si scende poi su un breve tratto tecnico del percorso T2 raggiungendo dapprima la fonte Meria e poi la pista forestale che proviene da Montina che prenderemo per ritornare al bivio alle porte di Reant. Giunti al trivio si svolta a Dx fino a raggiungere il paesino di Valle attraverso un sentierino sui bei prati della cima. In paese trovata la piazza della chiesa si prende il bellissimo e tecnico sentiero"nel Ban" (difficoltà S2) che ci porta sulla strada asfaltata che scende a Montina attraverso i monti Kriz e Piccat.

The challenging course and funny first salt along the eastern side of the mountain Noas on forest track to the village of Reant and then on a beautiful trail takes the circumnavigation of the summit of the mountain.
