Il Monte Barca è un’ apprezzabile promontorio boschivo con versanti ammantati di boschi e sterrate gradatamente acclivi senza particolari difficoltà tecniche che ne fanno il giro ideale per i bikers non troppo allenati, ma dove anche il più evoluto può trovare la compiacenza di una bella uscita in Mtb.
GIRO DA PERCORRERE IN SENSO ANTIORARIO.
Attraversato il bel centro storico, saliamo in direzione del Castello e proseguiamo sulla strada asfaltata (basso traffico veicolare) fino a raggiungere in circa 4 km la località di Pieve. Una erta carraia a sx, ci porta ora alla Chiesetta di San Terenziano oltre la quale incomincia il fondo sterrato. Salendo troviamo due bivi, il primo da tenere a sx ed il secondo a dx e con pendenze regolari saliamo il versante sud del M.te Barca fino a raggiungere un piccolo Monumento ai Caduti posto nei pressi della Cima. Chi ne ha già abbastanza può prendere l’ampia sterrata a sx (naturale proseguo del percorso) che scende il versante nord del monte ricollegandosi al secondo bivio. La nostra traccia invece segue sempre a sx la sterrata meno battuta che scende nel vallone; inizialmente su discesa sassosa e poi in sali-scendi percorriamo le pendici del monte Casalmora con alcuni tratti scassati dagli ultimi alluvioni che ci obbligano a dei brevi portage, poi la sterrata torna ben ciclabile e ci porta sulla S.P. 22B proprio sul valico che collega i Comuni di Licciana Nardi e di Bagnone. scendiamo sulla SP a sx giungendo a Collesino e sempre a sx prendiamo la sterrata per Nolano (indicazioni) e la manteniamo fino al suo termine nei pressi di una casa; qui prendiamo a sx la strada erbosa (chiusa da staccionata) che attraversa il campo di fronte ed esce in bosco di castagni (altro cancello…da richiudere). Su veloce sterrata seguiamo ora il corso orografico del Torrente Mangiola prima sulla sponda dx poi su quella sx...e poi diritti, fino ad uscire di fronte alle mura del Castello di Bagnone dove siamo già passati in precedenza. A dx torniamo a Bagnone non prima di aver pedalato tra le strette vie attorno al Castello.

The Monte Boat is a 'valuable wooded promontory with steep dirt-covered woods and sloping gradually without any special technical difficulties that make it the ideal ride for bikers not too fit, but where even the most advanced can find the willingness of a beautiful output Mtb.
TURN AHEAD IN COUNTER-CLOCKWISE.
crossing the beautiful old town, we go in the direction of the castle and continue on the paved road (low traffic) until you reach about 4 km in the town of Pieve . A steep dirt road to the left, now takes us to the church of San Terenziano beyond which begins the gravel. Going up we find two forks, keep left from the first and the second on the right with smooth gradients and climb the south face of Mt boat until you reach a small war memorial site near the Cima. Who has enough can take the wide dirt road on the left (natural continuation of the path) that goes down the north slope of Mount reconnecting to the second junction. Our track instead left always follows the dirt road less traveled that descends into the valley; initially on the rocky descent and then we walk up and down the slopes of Mount Casalmora with some stretches battered by recent floods that force us to short portage, then the dirt path back well and takes us to the SP 22B right on the mountain pass that connects the towns of Licciana Nardi and Bagnone. descend on the SP left reaching Collesino and always take the dirt road to the left for Nolan (indications), and keep it until its end near a house; here we left the grassy road (closed by a fence) across the field in front and out in the woods of chestnut (another gate to open and close ...). On fast dirt now follow the course of the stream orographic Mangiola first on the right bank and then on the left ... and then straight up to get out in front of the walls of the Castle of Bagnone where we've gone before. On the right we go back to Bagnone not before he rode through the narrow streets around the castle.
