La traccia qui proposta è caratterizzata da 3 discese bellissime: la prima chiamata "Le Creste", la più tecnica e insidiosa, la seconda è il famoso Pistino, splendida opera di alcuni bikers locali in particolare Giasurf e Funkybeat (utenti del forum), la terza è il Boschetto. Il percorso è piuttosto duro, non solo per il dislivello, ma soprattutto a causa del fondo sconnesso che in salita richiede abilità e condizione. Alcuni tratti ripidi si fanno sentire sulle gambe. Le discese hanno caratteristiche Enduro. Il Pistino presenta diverse pedane e alcuni salti (tutti copiabili).
Si parte superando il cancello di legno a ridosso del parcheggio; dopo poche centinaia di metri si prende a destra al bivio e si comincia a salire. Questa è la salita più dura del giro e consiglio di farla con la giusta calma perché più si sale, più le pendenze aumentano. Alla fine della salita comincia il sentiero delle Creste, tecnico e insidioso che si conclude sulla strada provinciale al Km 5 circa (quindi 2 Km più avanti del punto di partenza). Da qui si sale su asfalto fino a trovare sulla sinistra un cancello di legno da cui comincia la sterrata. Qualche strappo duro e poi si attraversa un prato in cui bisogna prestare attenzione alla traccia perché si naviga "a vista". Attenzione perché al secondo attraversamento del guado, si deve stare a sinistra del recinto di filo spinato. Altra salita dura fino ad un recinto in cui si trova spesso bestiame. Si supera il cancello e si prende a sinistra in direzione dell'asfalto. Dopo qualche centinaia di metri si trova una fontana (cogliete l'attimo...l'acqua è buona). Si continua su asfalto fino all'imbocco del pistino, subito dopo un bivio in cui si prende a sinistra. Da qui si scende a tutto gas (i salti sono ben visibili e copiabili). Alla fine della discesa un tratto di sali/scendi e poi l'ultima salita, tutta pedalabile ma dura a causa delle fatiche accumulate. Qualche tratto di discesa sassosa che si alterna a brevi salite e poi l'ultima discesa del boschetto che si conclude in una piana. Da qui si percorrono pochi Km in leggera discesa fino a raggiungere le macchine. Dall'autostrada Azzurra A12, prendere l'uscita di Santa Severa/Santa Marinella, e percorrere la strada provinciale 3b in direzione Tolfa/Allumiere. Poco dopo il Km.3, superato in maneggio Natura e Cavallo, al centro di una curva a destra, è ben visibile uno spiazzo dove parcheggiare le macchine e cominciare il giro.

It starts past the wooden gate near the parking lot; after a few hundred meters, turn right at the fork and starts to climb. This is the hardest climb of the tour and with the right advice to make her calm because the higher you climb, the more the slope increases. At the end of the climb begins the path of ridges, technical and insidious that ends on the road at about 5 Km (then 2 Km ahead of the starting point). From here you climb out of asphalt on the left until you find a wooden gate from where the dirt road begins. Some jerk hard and then cross a field where you have to pay attention to you because you are surfing "on demand". Be careful because the second crossing of the ford, you must stay to the left of the barbed wire fence. Another stiff climb up a fence which is often found in cattle. Go through the gate and turn left in the direction of the asphalt. After a few hundred meters there is a fountain (seize the moment ... the water is good). It continues on asphalt to the entrance of the pistino, just after a junction where you turn left. From here you descend at full throttle (the jumps are clearly visible and can be copied). At the end of a downhill stretch of up / down and then the final climb, the whole pedaled hard but because of accumulated fatigue. Some stretch of rocky descent that alternates with short climbs and then the final descent of the grove that ends in a flat. From here you walk a few kilometers downhill until you reach the machines. From the A12, take the exit to Santa Severa / Santa Marinella, and take the road towards 3b Tolfa / Allumiere. Shortly after Km.3, exceeded in horse riding and nature, in the middle of a curve to the right, is clearly visible a clearing where to park the cars and begin the tour.
