Gratificante itinerario che porta dal Santuario di Oropa sopra Biella all'ospizio di San Giovanni in val Cervo. Questo tratto è interamente su asfalto, Fino a poco tempo fa era interamente lastricato. Si arriva alla galleria Rosazza e vi consiglio di munirvi di pila perchè non è illuminata. Discesa brucia pastiglie, sempre su asfalto fino al santuario. Il ritorno è dal sentiero che i monaci facevano per portarsi dall'ospizio al santuario di Oropa. In questo tratto fate attenzione ai camminatori. periodo consigliato, tutto l'anno tranne i più freddi. Per arrivare ad Oropa arrivare a Biella e seguire indicazioni sempre presenti sul percorso, posteggiare nel piazzale più alto del santuario. Finito il giro è possibile ristorarsi in una delle trattorie oppure caricare la mtb sulla funivia e scendere dal monte Mucrone, sul percorso freeride/enduro. Per arrivare ad Oropa arrivare a Biella e seguire indicazioni sempre presenti sul percorso, posteggiare nel piazzale più alto del santuario.
