Verso orario – km 22,5 – dislivello 1100m. – Altezza min.760m / max.1536m
Anello cicloalpinistico e a tratti panoramico della zona centrale della Carnia che ha origine nella stretta vallata del canale di Gorto, per poi inerpicarsi nella seconda parte fra canali incontaminati e solitari attraverso quiete e armonia che certi luoghi riescono a diffondere.
Posteggiato l'auto in piazza Durigon a Rigolato, si inizia a pedalare sulla laterale che porta ad una fontana. Quindi si attraversa la statale e si prende l'asfalto che porta al paese di Ludaria, lo si attraversa e si prende la strada che svolta a destra al di sotto di una graziosa chiesetta. Da qui si prende uno sterrato che attraversa il bosco, arriva a quota 1000m per poi ridiscendere sulla statale 355 dove si svolterà a dx e, prima della galleria, si prenderà la vecchia strada fino al bivio per Givigliana dove riprenderà la salita. Oltrepassato il paese di Tors, si svolta a sx per percorrere un panoramico sterrato con vista sul Coglians che ci porterà prima a Collinetta e poi ripreso l'asfalto, a Collina.
Dalla piazza di Collina si prosegue in leggera discesa e si raggiunge il Bar Edelweiss e poco dopo si scorge sulla dx il segnavia Cai 150 posto in corrispondenza di una mulattiera che sale decisa su base cementata per i primi metri e poi su sterrato ci porta ad attraversare il rio Plumbs. Da qui si prosegue su fino ad incrociare un tornante, dove lasceremo la strada principale per percorrere il tornante stesso e dopo un falsopiano raggiungeremo la sommità del nostro itinerario cioè l'incrocio col sentiero Cai 151 che porta a Givigliana in discesa su un sentiero tecnico che dapprima è scorrevole su un fondo naturale e poi diventa pendente e pietroso.
Raggiunta e oltrepassata Givigliana, si continua sempre sul sentiero Cai 151 che porta fino a fondovalle. Il sentiero è tecnico, pendente con tornanti stretti e a tratti scalinato, ed è denominato Troi dai muarts: tale nome deriva dal fatto che in tempi non recenti, a Givigliana non c'era il cimitero e il sentiero serviva per portare le salme dal paese fino a Rigolato.
Raggiunto il ponte sul torrente Degano, si risale con uno strappo fino al cimitero di Rigolato e in pochi minuti di statale ci si ritrova al punto di partenza.

From here we take a dirt road through the woods, arrives at an altitude of 1000m and then down on the highway 355 where you will turn right and, just before the tunnel, will take the old road until the junction for Givigliana where he resumed the climb. Go through the town of Tors, turn left to walk along a dirt road with panoramic views of the Coglians that will take us first to Hillock and then picked up the asphalt, in the Hill.
From the square of Hill continue slightly downhill and you will reach the Edelweiss Bar and shortly after on the right you can see the Cai 150 placed next to a trail that climbs determined on the basis of concrete for the first few meters and then on a dirt road brings us to cross the river Plumbs. From here, continue on until you reach a hairpin bend, where we leave the main road to follow the same curve, and after a slight slope we reach the top of our itinerary that is the intersection with the path that leads to Cai 151 Givigliana downhill on a path that technical first is sliding on a natural background and then becomes pending and stony.
reached and exceeded Givigliana, you continue on the path always Cai 151 that leads to the valley floor. The trail is technical, pendant with tight switchbacks and sometimes stepped, and is named Troi from muarts: the name comes from the fact that in recent times not to Givigliana there was the cemetery and the path needed to bring the bodies from the village to to Rigolato.
Reached the Degano bridge over the river, you climb with a tear to the cemetery of Rigolato and within minutes of the state we find ourselves at the starting point.
