Partenza da Nimis (piazza). Si seguono le indicazioni per Torlano. Continuare a percorrere la strada che risale la valle del Cornappo. Superato il paese di Debellis in loc. Sambo si gira a destra in salita verso Cornappo. Poco dopo sulla destra (cartello divieto di transito) in discesa si segue strada sterrata. Attraversato un ponte cominica una salita faticosa su rampe cementate e fondo sassoso. Dopo alcuni tornanti e una breve discesa si traversa in salita fino giungere ad un incrocio. Girare sulla sinistra in salita e seguire la strada asfaltata fino a giungere loc. Zora. Prendere sulla destra l'ex strada militare che porta a Subit. Lunga ascesa fin sotto la cima del Monte Namlen. Prima di raggiungere il belvedere sulla destra si intravede il sentiero che scende verso la cima del Monte Zisilin. Proseguire fino ad un bivio. Seguire sulla sinistra lungo single track, decisamente bello, fino al paese di Nongruella. In breve su strada asfaltata si raggiunge B.go Lase e si continua verso valle. Passando per il paese di Cergneu in breve si arriva al punto di partenza.

Departure from Nimis (square). Follow the signs for Torlano. Continue to follow the road that goes up the valley of the Cornappo. After passing the town of Debellis in loc. Sambo turn right uphill towards Cornappo. Shortly after on the right (sign ban on driving) down the dirt road you follow. After crossing a bridge began bordering a grueling climb up ramps and cemented stony bottom. After a few twists and a short descent, cross uphill until reaching an intersection. Turn left uphill and follow the road until you reach loc. Zora. Take right on the old military road that leads to Subit. Long climb just below the summit of Mount Namlen. Before you reach the belvedere on the right you can see the path down to the top of Mount Zisilin. Continue to a junction. Follow left along single track, definitely beautiful, to the village of Nongruella. In short asphalt road you reach Borgo Lase and continue downstream. Passing through the village of Cergneu in short you get to the starting point.
