Itinerario breve ma intenso. Dopo l'abitato di capannori ci si dirige su strada asfaltata locale passando per la Torre degli Spada che fa da spartitraffico, Successivamente dopo una breve salita asfaltata ci si ritrova per un breve tratto fuoristrada per poi ritornare su asfalto per circa 1 Km. Da qui in poi inizia il bello, grandi gambe e tanta forza di volontà. Il primo tratto veramente impegnativo in fuopristrada si intende, iniazia dopo il cimitero di San Andrea di Compito. Da qui i primi 2 Km si fanno abbastanza tranquillamente ma comunque sempre da bikers allenati, dal secondo chilometro in poi, sempre dal cimitero come riferimento, le difficoltà sono altissime, lungo tratto a piedi per la troppa pendenza e il sentiero totalmente dissestato. Superati i 3,5 chilometri inizia la discesa, primo tratto difficilissimo per le asperità del terreno, (circa 800 mt) poi ci si immette su una lunga mulattiera di discesa, molto larga ma sterrata, sino all'abitato di Vorno. Poi brevi sterrati che si alternano ad asfalto, sino all'abitato di Capannori, da dove siamo partiti. Capannori Via Carlo Piaggia, angolo Via di Paganico

Short but intense journey. After the village of capannori we head on the asphalt road passing by the local Tower of the Sword that acts as a divider, Then after a short climb asphalt you find yourself off-road for a short distance and then back on tarmac for about 1 Km. Hence in then the fun begins, great legs and a lot of willpower. The first part really challenging in fuopristrada means, iniazia after the cemetery of St. Andrew Task. From here the first 2 Km are made quietly enough but still by experienced bikers, from the second kilometer on, always from the cemetery as a reference, the difficulties are very high, long distance walk for too much slope and the trail totally ruined. Exceeded 3.5 km begins the descent, the first section very difficult for the roughness of the ground (800 meters) then you will get onto a trail of long descent, but very wide dirt road up to the village of Vorno.
