Partenza da Fabbrica Curone (AL), ampio parcheggio del cimitero, dopo 1km sulla SP 100 si gira a sx per Cella di Varzi dove si sale fino al Santuario della Fraternità e lo si lascia alla propria sx imboccando la stradina sterrata, proseguendo si arriva all'abitato di Selvapiana dove appena sbucati troviamo un ottima fontana per dissetarsi, si sale seguendo la SP fino a Forotondo e poi per la frazione Cà Marchesi dopo la quale inizia una strada bianca (o quasi), per gran parte all'interno di un faggeto, che sale per 7km fino alla vetta. Una volta arrivati in vetta giriamo a dx e seguiamo il crinale per quasi 2km fino a trovare l'incrocio (a dx) con la strada che scende a Bruggi. Purtroppo la strada ha un fondo molto ghiaioso e smosso che rende meno divertente la guida... Arrivati a Bruggi seguiamo la SP fino all'abitato di Morigliassi (direz. Fabbrica Curone) dove svoltiamo a sx fino alla frazione di Serra dove dove troviamo una strada sterrata che scende fino alla frazione Castello e da li continuiamo la discesa tornando a Fabbrica Curone (ci sono alcune varianti che comunque conducono tutte verso Fabbrica).

Departure from Fabbrica Curone (AL), ample parking in the cemetery, after 1km on the SP 100, turn left for cell Varzi where you climb to the Sanctuary of the fraternity and it is left to your left onto the dirt road, continuing to get all 'inhabited Selvapiana just appeared out where we find a great fountain to quench your thirst, you climb up to the SP Forotondo and then about Cà Marchesi, after which begins a gravel road (or almost), for the most part in a beech forest , that goes for 7km to the summit. Once you arrive at the top turn right and follow the ridge for almost 2km until you find the intersection (right) with the road that goes down to Bruggi. Unfortunately, the road has a very gravelly bottom and loose which makes it less fun to drive ... Once in Bruggi follow the SP to the village of Morigliassi (direction Factory Curone) where we turn left to the village of Serra where where there is a dirt road that leads down to the hamlet of Castello and from there we continue the descent back to factory Curone (there are some variations, however, that all lead to the factory).
