Partenza dal piazzale della chiesa di Maniagolibero. Imboccare via Ortigara e subito ha inizio la salita su strada asfaltata. Dopo una serie di stretti tornanti e rettilinei una breve discesa porta ad un pianoro erboso. Al bivio ci si immette nella carrareccia per il monte Jouf (cartello divieto di transito). Piegando a sinistra comincia la lunga ascesa al monte. La parte finale risulta più impegnativa in quanto la carrareccia risulta ghiaiosa e a tratti sconnessa. Giunti alla malga Jouf si prosegue verso la cima. L'ultimo tratto della strada/sentiero non risulta facilmente pedalabile vista la notevole pendenza e l'eventuale presenza di neve e di ghiaccio durante il periodo invernale.
Dalla vetta si percorre in discesa la cresta lungo il sentiero fino ad una sella (non proseguire dritti). Girare subito sulla sinistra in discesa seguendo la traccia del sentiero (bolli cai bianco-rossi su alberi). Da qui ha inizio una serie di lunghi e divertentissimi single tracks che incrociano in diversi punti la strada percorsa in salita.

Departure from the church square of Maniagolibero. Take via Ortigara and immediately began the climb up the paved road. After a series of hairpin bends and straights a short descent leads to a grassy plateau. At the junction you enter the cart road to Mount Jouf (sign ban on driving). Bending to the left begins the long ascent of the mountain. The final part is more challenging because the cart is gravel and sometimes bumpy. Once at the mountain hut Jouf continue towards the top. The last stretch of the road / path is not easily pedaled given its steepness and the presence of snow and ice during the winter.
From the top you Walk down the ridge along the path up to a saddle ( not go straight). Turn immediately left downhill along the track of the path (stamps cai red and white on the trees). Here begins a series of long and fun single tracks that intersect at different points in the road traveled uphill.
