Un bel giro che vi consente di scoprire questo strano fenomeno geologico denominato "BUCA DEL TERREMOTO, ossia un'enorme voragine che si è aperta sulla crosta terrestre e che secondo la leggenda sembra essere causata dagli effetti devastanti (qualche migliaia di anni fa!) di un grande terremoto.
Dalla piazza di Serrapetrona prendere la strada asfaltata in direzione San Severino Marche. Dopo circa 1.50 km prendere la forestale a destra che sale in progressione a Castel San Venanzo, Sasso Marozzi e Villa d'Aria.
Giunti a Villa d'Aria si prendere la strada imbrecciata (a tratti molto ripida) che uscendo dal paese sale rapidamente alla Madonna delle Nevi.
Da qui si prende in direzione San Severino e dopo circa 3 km, nascosa all'interno di un fitto bosco, è obbligatoria una sosta alla buca del terremoto.
L'itinerario prosegue nella sua parte più divertente ossia la lunga e impegnativa discesa fino alle porte di San Severino Marche. .
Per la risalita si imbocca la lunga forestale che da San Severino Marche sale fino a Torre Beregna
ATTENZIONE: La discesa è davvero molto bella ma occorre prestare molta attenzione in quanto a tratti ripida e su fondo scosceso (pietre, radici, canali di scolo delle acque piovane)

A nice tour that allows you to discover this strange geological phenomenon called "HOLE OF THE EARTHQUAKE, that a huge chasm that has opened up the earth's crust, and that according to the legend seems to be caused by the devastating effects (some thousands of years ago!) Of a large earthquake.
From the square of Serrapetrona take the paved road in the direction of San Severino Marche. After approximately 1.50 km take the forest to the right that goes in progression to Castel San Venanzo, Sasso Marozzi and Villa d'Aria.
Once in Villa d'Aria take the gravel road (sometimes very steep) that leaving the country rises rapidly to Our Lady of the Snows.
From here you take in the direction of San Severino and after about 3 km, concealed within a dense forest, is a mandatory stop at the pit of the earthquake.
The tour continues at its most fun that is the long and challenging descent to the gates of San Severino Marche..
For the lift, take the long forest from San Severino Marche goes up to Torre Beregna
WARNING: The descent is very nice but you should be careful because sometimes steep and craggy bottom (rocks, roots, drainage of rainwater )
