Itinerario tipicamente invernale o comunque da fare al di fuori della stagione estiva, visto il caldo del Montesole durante l'estate. Il panorama dall'alto è eccezionale e i sentieri sono molto divertenti, ma dedicati a bikers esperti con una buona sicurezza di guida su sentieri stretti, su roccia e in parte esposti. Da Merano si raggiunge Naturno su pista ciclabile e poi si sale al maso hochforch, la salita, specie nella prima parte, è molto ripida e impegnativa. Poco prima del maso comincia la discesa, molto impegnativa specialmente all'inizio, ma che non da tregua fino alla fine. E' sicuramente una delle più belle discese di tutti i dintorni di Merano. Autostrada del Brennero uscita Bolzano sud, superstrada per Merano, uscita merano centro, parcheggio presso la stazione

Route typical winter or at least to do outside of the summer season, as the heat of the Montesole during the summer. The view from the top is awesome and the trails are great fun, but experts dedicated to bikers with a good safe driving on narrow trails, on rock and partly exposed. From Merano is reached Naturno on the bike path and then go up to the farm Hochforch, the climb, especially in the first part, it is very steep and difficult. Just before the farm begins the descent, very demanding especially in the beginning, but that does not let up until the end. And 'certainly one of the most beautiful slopes of all the surroundings of Merano. Brenner motorway exit Bolzano South highway to Merano, exit merano center, parking at the station
