Itinerario molto duro e impegnativo, sia per la salita a Vernurio e l'ultima parte con bici in spalla, sia per la tecnica discesa fino a valle. In compenso arrivati al Hahnenkamm (Coston del Gallo), si gode di uno stupendo panorama di tutta la val d'Adige fino alle Dolomiti. Si scende prima sul difficile 21, poi sul sentiero 24 e poi sul Waalweg di Caines. Questo è un bel sentiero stretto ma liscio e quasi in piano, anche se con qualche tratto esposto. Si consiglia di non farlo la domenica, per i numerosi escursionisti che lo percorrono. Per altri bei sentieri si torna poi al torrente Passirio e a Merano Autostrada del Brennero uscita Bolzano sud, superstrada per Merano, uscita merano centro, parcheggio presso la stazione

Itinerary very hard and challenging, both for the ascent to Vernurio and the last part with a bike on his shoulder, and for the technical descent to the valley.
