Bel giro panoramico sulla Plose sopra Bressanone. Saliti con la cabinovia fino alla stazione a monte, (si può salire anche pedalando) cominciamo a pedalare verso la cima Telegrafo, qui facciamo un piccolo ma meritevole giro panoramico. Scendiamo poi alla forcella di Luson e da qui sul sentiero 3 verso Luson, il primo pezzo del sentiero è molto ripido, poi è più divertente.
Alla prima forestale giriamo a sx e in saliscendi arriviamo fino al maso Nivenol e porendiamo il divertente sentiero 3b in discesa verso Luson. Alla forestale ci mettiamo il cuore in pace e lentamente risaliamo verso il sentiero 3a e poi sul 6 fino alla Ochsenalm (ristoro). Da qui prendiamo l'alta via di Bressanone (30), sentiero molto bello e panoramico fino all'incrocio con il 4. Sul 4, impegnativo e lunghissimo, arriviamo fino alla partenza Autostrada del Brennero uscita Chiusa o Bressanone, seguire le indicazionio Plose fino alla partenza della cabinovia a S. Andrea
Nice scenic ride on the Plose above Brixen. Come up with the cable car up to the mountain station (you can climb even pedaling) begin pedaling to the top of Telegraph, here we make a small but worthwhile scenic ride. Then go down to the fork Lüsner and from here on the path towards Luson 3, the first part of the trail is very steep, then it's more fun.
The first forest turn left and downs come to the farm and Nivenol porendiamo the fun 3b path downhill towards Luson. In the forest we put the heart at rest and slowly go back to the path and then on the 3rd 6 to Ochsenalm (refreshments). From here we take the high road to Brixen (30), very beautiful and scenic trail to the intersection with the 4 on 4, challenging and very long, we arrived until departure Brenner motorway exit Chiusa or Bressanone, follow the indicazionio Plose up the departure of the gondola to St. Andrew
