Itinerario molto impegnativo per la doppia salita a cima Lasta, prima da Mantana in val Badia e poi da Luson. Il panorama in cima è però molto suggestivo, e anche la discesa verso Luson soddisferà i bikers più pretenziosi, molto divertente ma anche tecnica e in certi punti ripida. Sull'alpe di Luson ci si potrà riposare e rifocillare ammirando il rilassante paesaggio alpino. Chi non se la sentisse di effettuare l'itinerario in un solo giorno, può dividerlo in due pari, tornando indietro all'incrocio presso cima Lasta. Il panorama a 360° dalla cima è spettacolare Statale della val Pusteria, prendere il bivio per la val Badia e dopo pochi km a dx per Mantana, parcheggio in paese.

Itinerary very challenging for the double climb to the top of Lasta, first by Montal in Val Badia and then by Luson. The view at the top, however, is very impressive, and even the descent into Luson will satisfy the most demanding bikers, very funny but also technical and steep in places. Alp Lüsner you can rest and refreshment relaxing while admiring the mountain scenery. Who does not feel like making the journey in a single day, can divide it into two equal, going back at the crossroads at the top of Lasta. The 360-degree panorama from the top is spectacular State of Val Pusteria, take the fork to the Val Badia and after a few km turn right to Montal, parking in the village.
