Itinerario molto impegnativo, dedicato a quei bikers che non hanno paura a spngere la bici in salita per parecchi tratti, ma anche molto soddisfacente per la grande quantità di sentieri percorsi, la bella discesa e il magnifico panorama. Fare attenzione a non percorrerlo la domenica in alta stagione, per la grande quantita di escursionisti che si incrociano sui sentieri Stazione di Merano, uscita bolzano sud dell'autostrada del brennero, prendere la superstrada per Merano uscita centro

Itinerary very challenging, dedicated to those bikers who are not afraid to spngere the bike uphill for several traits, but also very satisfying to the vast amount of trails routes, beautiful descent and the magnificent panorama. Be careful not to follow it on Sundays in high season, for the large amount of walkers that cross the paths of Merano Station, exit Bolzano south of the Brenner motorway, take the highway to Merano outlet center
