Partenza da Trobaso (o lasciare una macchina), salire passando da Miazzina, continuare passando dall'Alpe Pala, continuare fino a prendere la sterrata che poi diventa sentiero (a volte si spinge) fino a Piancavallone, (volendo si può proseguire).
Ritorno sullo stesso sentiero, divertente e veloce con qualche passaggio tecnico su rocce.
Quasi in fondo alla prima parte della discesa prendere una salitella sulla dx per poi sbucare all'asfalto.
Risalita da pedalare, un saliscendi tranquillo con qualche strappetto fino al Km VERTICALE.
Da quì si scende, inizialmente una serie di tornantini con qualche passaggio stretto tra le rocce, poi passaggi veloci su prati passando dall' Alpe Aurelio; poi la strada diventa un pò rocciosa ma scorrevole passando dal paesino di Rugno si sbuca ad Ungiasca, con un sentiero pianeggiante si sbuca su asfalto per finire poi a Trobaso

Departure from Trobaso (or leave a car), get going from Miazzina, continue traveling through the Pala, continue to take the dirt which then becomes a path (sometimes pushing) until Piancavallone, (if you want you can continue.) < br> Back on the same path, fun and fast with some technical sections of rocks.
Near the end of the first part of the descent to take a little rise on the right and then come out of the asphalt.
Ascent to ride, ups and downs quiet with some strappetto to Km VERTICAL.
From here you descend, initially a series of hairpins with some narrow passage between the rocks, then fast passages on lawns passing by 'Alpe Aurelio; then the road gets a little rocky but smooth going from village to Ungiasca Rugno you will come out with a flat path you will come out on asphalt only to end up in Trobaso
