fatto oggi 27-12-2011 con Franco,Silvio(grazie di esistere) e Vico
park a Cogoleto
accendere gps e dirigersi verso Genova
prima di entrare a Voltri ,girare a sx su un cavalcavia da dove ha inizio la salita della canellona (pendenze elevate) fino al bivio per la strada che porta dal Passo del Turchino al Faiallo.........dal bivio altri 7 km di salita ci attendono ma con pendenze piu' umane
giunti al Passo del Faiallo inizia la traversata seguendo le indicazioni"alta via dei monti liguri" su sterrato dapprima in leggera discesa ciclabile fino ad una costruzione con fonte (fate H20 perche' poi fino a prariondo non se ne trova piu) ma da qui in avanti il sentiero diventera' un saliscendi a spinta ,anche l'ultimo tratto di discesa nel bosco .perche'pieno di sassi , che portera' al rifugio Prariondo.
proprio di fronte al rifugio parte la mulattiera che passa per le Faie
dalle Faie su asfalto passando per l'eremo del deserto si tornera' velocemente al park
panorami mozzafiato ....dalle alpi alla corsica

turn on gps and head towards Genoa
before entering Voltri, turn left on an overpass where begins the ascent of the canellona (steep slopes) to the junction to the road that leads from the Passo del Turchino to Faiallo from the junction ......... 7 others km climb ahead of us but with a slope of more 'human
come to the Passo del Faiallo began crossing following the "high street of the Ligurian mountains" on dirt at first slightly downhill path to a building with the source (make H20 'cause then up to Prariondo did not find more) but from here in the forward path will become 'a latch to push, the last part of the descent of stones in the woods .perche'pieno, which will bring' the refuge Prariondo.
right in front of the shelter part the trail that passes through the Faie
from Faie on asphalt through the hermitage of the desert will be back 'quickly to the park
