Verso antiorario, quota min/max 1000/2550
Si parte da Caprile (1000m). Si sale fino ad Arabba, che si raggiunge al km 15,5. Ora evitiamo, finalmente, un po' di asfalto per 2 km, poi facciamo 9 tornanti asfaltati in direzione Pordoi. Prendiamo a sinistra una strada bianca che ci porta al bivio di quota 2125 (wpt G) che prendiamo a destra, si tratta di un bel sentiero n. 680 che ci conduce 2 tornanti sotto il Passo Pordoi (2240 m). Saliamo a spinta sul sent. 601 per 10 minuti. Il panorama è impressionante e girato l'angolo si completa con la visione della Marmolada. Al km 27 siamo al rif. Fedarola ed inizia qui il sentiero Viel Dal Pan, che passando per il rifugio omonimo al km 29, raggiunge Porta Vescovo al km 32; tutto questo tratto e quello successivo fino al Rif. Passo Padon (km 35) non è tecnico ma alterna tratti scorrevoli ad altri a spinta, sempre un po' esposto, quindi prestare sempre massima attenzione, il tratto peggiore a spinta è tra la zona di Porta Vescovo e la quota max 2550 (wpt M) di circa 15 minuti. In questa fase è spettacolare il panorama sul Lago Fedaia e la Marmolada. Dal Passo Padon ci sono altri 5 minuti a spinta in salita con un tratto di 10 metri bruttino, poi si inizia a scendere su sentiero tra i prati. Si raggiunge il Passo delle Crepe Rosse su un tratto un po' esposto da fare eventualmente a piedi. Altri 100 metri di dislivello in discesa su sentiero e poi la traccia diventa una stradina. Al km 41 circa siamo a Malga Laste. Un paio di bei sentieri ci permettono di scendere piacevolmente in mezzo al bosco, poi la pendenza aumenta notevolmente fino ritornare sulla strada per Caprile.

It starts from Caprile (1000m). Climb up to Arabba, which is reached at km 15.5. Now we avoid, at last, a bit 'of asphalt for 2 km, then do 9 asphalt bends in the direction Pordoi. We turn left into a dirt road that leads to the fork at 2125 (wpt G) we take a right, it is a nice trail n. 680 that leads us 2 bends under the Passo Pordoi (2240 ??m). We go to push on the felt. 601 for 10 minutes. The view is awesome and around the corner is completed with the vision of the Marmolada. At km 27 we are to ref. Fedarola and here begins the path Viel Dal Pan, who passed for the refuge of the same name at 29 km, 32 km to reach Porta Vescovo; this section and the next one until the ref. Passo Padon (35 km) is not technical but alternates sliding others to push, always a little 'exposed, so always pay attention, the worst stretch to push it between the area of Porta Vescovo and share max 2550 (wpt M) for about 15 minutes. At this stage the spectacular views over Lake Fedaia and the Marmolada. From Passo Padon there are other 5-minute drive uphill with a distance of 10 meters ugly, then you start to get down on the meadow path. You reach the Passo delle Red Crepe on a stretch a little 'exposed to do eventually walk. Another 100 meters of descent on the trail and then the track becomes a lane. At km 41 we are about to Malga Laste. A couple of nice trails allow us to go down nicely in the middle of the forest, then the slope increases significantly up back on the road to Caprile.
