Partenza da Torgnon frazione Mongnod, iniziale asfalto fino al colle di Saint Pantaleon. Svolta decisa a dx su sentiero largo che segue la linea di crinale fino al col de Bornes, crocicchio di vari sterrati.Prendiamo a dx l'agevole forestale immersa nel verde, un lungo traverso che sovrasta Torgnon e attraversa i suoi impianti di sci fino al laghetto dell'Alpe Gorza.
Ci immergiamo di nuovo nel verde sempre su sterrato , si risale passando la cappella di Gilliarey e si ridescende in direzione di due piccoli laghetti, breve risalita e siamo al LAgo di Cignana.Possibilità di sosta al rifugio Barmasse. Sul ritorno possibile breve variante su sentiero, poi sterrato come all'andata fino all'Alpe Telinod dove si svolta a sx, possibilità di prendere il sentiero che costeggia il Ru di Torgnon , poi arrivo di nuovo su sterrato e strada fino all'auto. Autostrada Torino - Aosta A5 - uscita di Chatillon / Cervinia per la Valtournenche da risalire su SR46 fino a Antey-Saint-Andre . svoltare a sx per Torgnon.

We dive back into the green again on road, which climbs through the chapel Gilliarey and ridescende in the direction of two small ponds, short climb and we are at Lake Cignana.Possibilità to stop at the refuge Barmasse. On the return possible short variant of the path, then dirt as the first leg to Alpe Telinod where you turn left, ability to take the path that runs along the Ru Torgnon, then get back on dirt and road to the car.
