Partenza da Saint Nicolas frazione Fossaz, iniziale salita su asfalto passante da Vens poi sterrato fino all'omonimo lago. Si lascia ora la traccia più evidente per svoltare a destra direzione Est, un lungo traverso a salire ma regolare, dopo si svolta in modo più deciso a Nord per salire rapidi fino ad un Alpe (quota 2392 mt) , ora su sterrato più agevole si scende fino a quota 2140 mt per risalire di nuovo a sx all'Alpe Fallere . Su sentiero si arriva al lago delle Rane, attenzione alla torbiera da attraversare, si prosegue quindi il traverso con vari sbalzi di pendenza e zone a spinta fino al Lago Fallere. Breve discesa ripida su sentiero un po' tecnico, poi di nuovo sterrato fino ad intercettare il sentiero S11 (vedi giro della BeccaFrance).Discesa veloce su traccia, occhio a girare a destra (quota 2002 mt) ora su sterrato direzione Vetan.
Breve tratto di asfalto poi presso un tornate a gomito di nuovo su sentiero poco evidente ma segnalato, dopo a destra su sterrato panoramico direzione ovest fino a prendere il sentiero S25 a sinistra. Rapida discesa con numerosi tornantini stretti, divertente e istruttivo, occhio al fondo ricco di aghi e piccole pigne.Si arriva su asfalto vicino alla macchina. Autostrada Torino Aosta A5, uscita Aosta oppure St.Pierre, seguire S.S.26 e poco dopo St.Pierre salire a dx indicazioni per Saint Nicolas - Fossaz.

Departure from Saint Nicolas fraction Fossaz, initial climb out of asphalt passing by Vens then dirt road to the eponymous lake. It now leaves the most obvious track to turn right towards the east, a long traverse to rise but regular, after you turn in the strongest terms to the north to climb rapidly up to Alpe (altitude 2392 m), now on dirt is easier descends to an altitude of 2140 meters to climb again on the left to Alpe Fallère. On the path you arrive at the lake of the Frogs, attention to the bog to cross, then continue with various changes across the gradient zone and push up to Lake Fallère. A short steep descent on the trail a little 'technical, then back up the dirt road to intercept the path S11 (see tour BeccaFrance) .Discesa fast on track, eye to turn right (2002 m altitude) is now on a dirt road towards Vetan.
A short stretch of asphalt with a back elbow and then again on the trail but little obvious reported, after a right on scenic dirt road west to take the path S25 to the left. Rapid descent with many tight hairpins, entertaining and informative, eye to the bottom full of needles and small pigne.Si arrives on asphalt near the car. Motorway A5 Torino Aosta exit Aosta or St.Pierre, follow SS26 and shortly after St.Pierre climb right directions to Saint Nicolas - Fossaz.
