Domenica ho fatto questo bellissimo giro con la MTB, un giro lungo è faticoso, fatto quasi tutto su sentieri bellissimi o strade forestali sempre pedalabile (max 5 km su asfalto)
Sono partito da Rasun per salire la bella Forestale che parte da Valdaora fino alla malga Lanzwiese, discesa ripida per il sentiero 6A fino la malga Angerer, salita per la forestale alla malga Brunst, discesa veloce e bellissima forestale fino al paese Schmieden, salita faticosa per la ciclabile 37 e poi il sentiero nr.18 che mi porta fino a Pratopiazza.
Discesa da spettacolo per i sentieri 3A,18 è 37 su ST tecnici fino raggiungere la ciclabile che mi porta di nuovo a Rasun. disl.2500mt sviluppo 72 km
