Da Montorio verso L'Aquila su asfalto fino a Cerqueto.
Alla piazza del Presepe si prende a SX per una sterrata, poco dopo si svolta a DX per un ripido sentiero, lo si percorre per sali-scendi continui e a volte esposti sulla scarpata ( fare attenzione ).
Al 15° km si raggiunge la quota massima, da qui si scende per un divertente tracciato che sbuca a Cusciano.
Su asfalto per 3,2 km poi a DX per una ripida sterrata che riporta su asfalto, un piccolo tratto in salita e poi giu a DX per un'altra sterrata che riporta alla SS80.
Sulla SS80 fra Teramo e L'Aquila.

From Montorio towards L'Aquila on asphalt until Cerqueto.
At the square of the Nativity takes a SX to a dirt road, shortly after you turn to the right up a steep path, the road for continuous ups and downs and sometimes exposed on escarpment (be careful).
After 15 km you will reach the maximum quota, from here down for a fun track that comes out to Cusciano.
On the road for 3.2 km and then to the right up a steep dirt road that reports on asphalt, a little uphill and then down to the right for another dirt road that brings to SS80.
