Breve ma intenso percorso nelle viscere del Monte Mario,si parte sempre dal cancello dell`autostrada e poi salita fino alla localita` commenda,poi breve ma divertente single track nel sobosco fitto e poi di nuovo discesa fino al punto di partenza. A metà della seconda parte si prende un sentiero non molto pulito e evidentemente poco battuto,molti alberi caduti e occorre spingere la bici per brevi tratti,si incontrerà una grande,profonda e suggestiva grotta,da qui il nome della traccia. Si consiglia nei periodo poco piovoso in quanto si attraversa un piccolo torrente su un ponte improvvisato con 2 tronchi di albero. Nell`ultimo pezzo di discesa attenzione a due bei salti sul percorso. Partenza dal centro di sasso marconi per comodita nel parcheggiare l`auto.il sentiero inizia dopo in cancello alla rotonda del vecchio casello autostradale.

Short but intense journey into the bowels of the Monte Mario, we always start from the gate and then climb up to the autoroute Localita` commendation, then short but fun single track in sobosco thick and then back down to the starting point. In the middle of the second part will take a path not very clean and obviously recently broke many fallen trees and have to push your bike for short distances, you will encounter a large, deep and evocative cave, hence the name of the track.
