Itinerario interessante e vario, in verità anche lungo con i suoi quasi 40 Km.
Sul percorso si trova di tutto, inizio su panoramica asfaltata, poi lungo pezzo su sentieri con difficoltà e pendenze significative, dall'abitato di Marta, si torna su sterrato, lungo, a saliscendi continui fino all'abitato di Paravenna.
Da qui si torna su asfalto e raggiunta la panoramica Alassio-Testico, si torna verso la partenza.
Quando si arriva sopra Alassio, la traccia fa una deviazione, presso un sentiero segnalato con 2 quadrati rossi, è un finale decisamente tosto, tratturo a pietraia smossa con tornanti, c'è da levarsi la voglia di off road, ma occhio, è breve ma veramente impegnativo. Entrando in Alassio, si scende diritti fino al mare, il parcheggio è a pagamento.

On the way you will find everything beginning of scenic paved, then a long piece on trails with difficulty and significant slopes, from the town of Marta, back dirt road, long, continuous up and down to the village of Paravenna.
From here you go back on asphalt and reached overview Alassio-Testwood, it's back to the start.
When you get above Alassio, the trace ago a deviation from a path with 2 red squares, it is definitely a tough final, tratturo a loose scree with hairpin bends, there is the desire to get up off road, but be careful, it is short but really challenging. Entering in Alassio, it drops right down to the sea, parking is free of charge.
