NOTE: si trovano fontane in salita ed in stagione anche vari punti di ristoro (rifugio – malghe- Recoaro1000)
DESCRIZIONE :
Dal piazzale della seggiovia (Recoaro -> Recoaro 1000) si affronta la lunga salita (su strada asfaltata,con pochissimo traffico) fino al Rif.. Battisti (q.1250). Segnaliamo un’ottima fontana a q.925, presso malga Lora. Dopo il rifugio si percorre un tratto di sentiero in falsopiano con alcune piccole frane da superare con attenzione (per i meno abili, pochi passi a piedi).
Alla successiva malga si ritrova un buon sterrato ed il resto del percorso, quasi tutto in discesa, (salvo qualche breve risalita ) è perfettamente ciclabile.
Si attraversa la stazione turistica di Recoaro 1000 (alcuni impianti a fune) su strada asfaltata e poco oltre si affronta la lunga e gradevolissima discesa finale, per ripide stradine, sterrate o cementate, passando per piccole borgate, con numerosi squarci panoramici sulla valle dell’Agno ed i monti circostanti (verso nord il gruppo del Carega), fino al parcheggio di Recoaro.
Per arrivare a RECOARO, si può prendere l’A4 ed uscire al casello di Montecchio.
Si seguono ind. Per VALDAGNO (20 Km) e qui giunti si prosegue per Recoaro (altri 10 Km). In centro si trova ind. per seggiovia; attraversato il ponte e si trova subito il parcheggio .

DESCRIPTION:
From the square of the lift (Recoaro -> Recoaro 1000) addressing the long climb (on paved road with very little traffic) to the ref .. Battisti (q .1250). We report a very good fountain q.925 at Malga Lora. After the retreat along a stretch of trail on a slight slope with some small landslides to be overcome with attention (for the less able, within walking distance).
The next alp finds a good dirt road and the rest of the way, almost all downhill (except for a few short lifts) is perfectly path.
Cross the tourist resort of Recoaro 1000 (some cableways) on a paved road and a little further addressing the long and leisurely descent for final steep streets, unpaved or cemented, passing through small villages, with many glimpses of views on the Agno Valley and surrounding mountains (north of the group Carega), to the parking lot of Recoaro.
To get to RECOARO, you can take the A4 and exit at Montecchio.
Follow ind. For VALDAGNO (20 Km) and continue to come here Recoaro (another 10 Km). In the center is ind. to lift; crossed the bridge and is now the parking lot.
