giro bello ma durissimo che ci ha portato a visitare con le nostre bikes 5 valli dell'Alta Rezia.
In ordine Val Viola Bormina, Val Dosdè, Val D'avedo, Val Grosina, Val Verva. Il tutto condito dai due Passi fatti: Il Passo Dosdè ed il Passo Verva.
Lasciamo l'auto al parcheggio di Arnoga.
Iniziamo a risalire su sentiero la Val Viola ignorando le facili strade accessibili anche alle auto.
Abbandoniamo la Val Viola x entrare nella selvaggia Val Dosdè, inizialmente pianeggiante e poi con bike in spalla sino all'omonimo Passo.
Anke la discesa dal Passo sino a Lago Negro in Val d'Avedo è tutta su sfasciumi e con notevoli difficoltà anche a piedi.
Dopo il Lago Negro il sentiero diventa ciclabile e su sassi smossi oltrepassiamo i Laghi di Tres e raggiungiamo il paese Eita in Val Grosina.
Da qui su su una sterratona che inizia con rampe micidiali raggiungiamo il Passo Verva ed imbocchiamo l'omonima valle perdendo quota su una veloce sterrata e su un tranquillo sentiero che segue il torrente Arnoga sino ad arrivare alla macchina.
Attenzione: la ciclabilità della risalita e della discesa al Passo Dosdè è pressochè nulla e la discesa in Val d'Avedo si fa fatica a farla anche a piedi!!!

After the Negro Lake and the trail becomes path of stones moved away we go beyond the Lakes and we reach the town of Tres Eita in Val Grosina.
From here on out that begins with a sterratona ramps deadly reach the Step Verva and we take the homonymous valley losing altitude fast on a dirt road on a quiet path that follows the stream Arnoga until you get to the car.
Warning: the cycling of the ascent and the descent of the Passo Dosdè is almost and drop anything in Val d'Avedo it is hard to make it on foot !!!
