AGGIORNAMENTO al 17/11/13
Ho rimosso dal percorso originale alcune salite inutili con delle alternative e aggiunto un single track divertente:
Percorso lungo le montagne di Sinnai e Soleminis. Si inizia da Sestu (da via Manzoni), dopo quasi 2 km verso ovest si raggiunge la zona archeologica e pozzo S.Rosa. Si prosegue fino a raggiungere prima Settimo S.Pietro, poi la pineta di Sinnai in cui potrete visitare la domus de janas di S'acqua e is Dolus che risulta di passaggio. Proseguite lungo una salita in sterrato e poi in asfalto fino a raggiungere i ruderi della Baita, da notare il panorama sulla costa sud del cagliaritano. Da qui si prende il sentiero scosceso a est che termina su una linea tagliafuoco; dovrete girare bruscamente a sinistra per intraprendere un semplice single di un centinaio di metri. Seguite la rotta su sterrata per gran parte in salita che aggirerà dall'interno le linee tagliafuoco e vi porterà più in quota. Circa al 20° km raggiungerete il punto più alto del percorso. Al 22° km circa affronterete un tecnico e impegnativo single track che vi porterà alla madonnina di M.Arrubiu e a cui ne seguirà un altro altrettanto impegnativo dopo 250 m circa. Al 27° km circa affronterete un altro single track, più in piano rispetto agli altri due ma molto veloce e divertente che terminerà su una sterrata fino al reingresso nella pineta di Sinnai; se gradite fate una sosta al bar della pineta per rifocillarvi e da qui su piano e falso piano si rientra a casa.

I removed from the original route climbs some useless with alternatives and added a single track fun
path along the mountains of Sinnai and Soleminis. It starts from Sestu (Via Manzoni), after about 2 km to the west you will reach the archaeological area and well S.Rosa. Continue until you reach the first Seventh St. Peter, then the pine forest of Sinnai where you can visit the Domus de Janas S'acqua and is Dolus that is passing through. Continue uphill along a dirt road and then asphalt to reach the ruins of the hut, to note the view of the coast south of Cagliari. From here you take the steep path to the east that ends up on a fire line; you have to turn sharply to the left to take a simple single one hundred meters. Follow the route of dirt to be around that much uphill from the fire lines and will bring you more in height. Around the 20th km you will reach the highest point of the route. After 22 km you will face about a technical and challenging single track that takes you to the Madonna of M.Arrubiu and which will be followed by another equally challenging after about 250 m. On the 27th mile will face another single track, more flat than the other two but very fast and fun which ends on a dirt road up to the re-entry in the pine forest of Sinnai; if you like to take a break for refreshments at the bar of the pine forest and from there on the false floor plan and you return back home.
