Si parte dal parcheggio sopra Spinga a quota 1353 e si sale fino alla cima del monte Stoanamandl 2100m passando per alcuni rifugi dove si possono gustare le specialità sud tirolesi.
Dalla Croce posta in cima inizia la discesa su sentiero n°1 scavato dalle piogge dove bisogna prestare attenzione, poi si entra nel bosco e il sentiero rimane sempre impegnativo (alcuni tratti li ho fatti a piedi).
Man mano che si perde quota il sentiero diventa meno rovinato ma continua ad essere molto tecnico (c' è un tratto da fare nel greto di un piccolo torrente).
Giunti a quota 1600 si ritrova la strada della salita che però si abbandona subito girando sulla dx su un' altra stradina nel bosco.
Infine si imbocca il sentiero 5A (non curatissimo, ho dovuto scavalcare molte piante cadute)
che ci riporta sulla strada asfaltata poco sotto il parcheggio di partenza.
Consigliato a chi non ha paura delle discese tecniche.

It starts from the parking lot above Push to share 1353 and climb to the summit of Mount Stoanamandl 2100m past some huts where you can taste the specialties of South Tyrol.
From the Cross at the top of the descent path 1 hollowed out by rains where you have to pay attention, then you enter the forest and the trail remains challenging (some parts I made them walk).
As you lose altitude, the trail becomes less ruined but continues to be very technical (c ' is a stretch to do in the bed of a small stream).
reach a height of 1600 finds its way up the hill which, however, is abandoned immediately turning on the right on an 'other street in the woods.
Then take the path 5A (not kept, I had to climb over many plants falls)
that brings us back on the road just below the car to start.
Recommended for those who are not afraid of the technical descents.
