Si parte da Ridracoli per un giro Enduro - Freeride molto bello per gli amanti del genere, soprattutto perchè interamente nel Parco del Casentino, nella Romagna che Incanta......
La prima salita da affrontare è quella del Sentiero della Libertà, una delle più dure del parco, qui potrete mettere alla prova le vostre doti di scalatori o di spingitori.......
Raggiunto San Paolo in Alpe si prenderà l'imbocco per il CAI 255 un bel sentiero anche se non molto lungo, con la parte iniziale bella tecnica soprattutto ultimamente poichè molto scavata dalle piogge, con parte finale nel bosco.
Si risale per la forestale che al contrario della precedente è molto dolce, per arrivare a Monte Grosso e da lì a poco all'imbocco del Crinale delle Vacche o delle Cacche, attenzione sono dapertutto........
La più bella sorpresa sarà sicuramente il Crinale delle Vacche un vero Freeride dove sceglierete voi dove passare liberamente scegliendo tra scaloni di pietra di 10 cm e quelli oltre il metro......, la parte finale che scende decisa verso Ridracoli si snoda nel bosco con buone pendenze e tornantini infiniti e passaggi molto tecnici che in caso di fondo viscido sono una divertente sfida, questa parte è quasi sempre sporca da rami caduti: CONTRIBUITE TUTTI A TENERE PULITI I SENTIERI, UN PO' PER UNO NON FA MALE A NESSUNO.
Ritornati a Ridracoli chi vuole può concludere il giro mentre per chi ne ha ancora può risalire verso Monte la Rocca tramite una forestale mai impegnativa per poi scendere dal Cai 231 un lungo sentiero molto Flow che come ultima discesa cade a pennello.
Il giro è uno dei tanti che si possono fare in zona ma lo ripropongo perchè a me è piaciuto molto.
