Partiamo a pedalare dal parcheggio della funivia di Craveggia, Prestinone. Seguiamo la strada che sale a dx dell'impianto, si imbuca una mulattiera ben tenuta e all'altezza di un ponticello lo si attraversa piegando a dx, si prosegue per Vocogno e superata Craveggia troviamo sulla sx una strada che sale chiamata “passeggiata dei vecchi” (sent M 29), da li a poco il nastro svanisce e cominciamo a calpestar terra. La sterrata ci accompaga a Colma di Craveggia da dove ammiriamo la nostra meta a nord ovest e il Sassone a Nord. Proseguiamo sul sentiero a sx e guadagnamo La Piana di Vigezzo. (bar). La seggiovia più alta accompagna i nostri occhi al Trubbia, riprendiamo a far girare le corone, primo tratto sterrata e poi... fate voi. Noi siamo saliti a dx, più soleggiato, si percorre la pista di sci e a sx si spalla per arrivare in cima. (Capelletta). Causa neve siamo scesi puntando la piana - volendo si può scendere a ovest ma non so darvi consigli, chiedete a HeppyKiller che ci ha fatto da guida.
Dalla Piana si tira dritto e si imbocca il sentierone che scivola via a sx, c'è una fontanella, e dal li su fondo rotto si comincia a scendere; buon divertimento!!! Nella parte bassa ci si tuffa in una pineta e si applica il freeride nel vero senso del termine, non ci si può perdere malgrato il “tema libero”, ci siamo riuniti tutti a valle in un piccolo parcheggo. Scendiamo per la strada verso Toceno,Craveggia. Ad Un certo punto proprio dietro l'angolo di una recinzione si abbandona la lingua artificiale per una ministradina erbosa che ci porterà con qualche gradino/one alla mulattiera iniziale. Per il rientro abbiamo deviato a sx in uno spiazzo, discendendo sotto il fili dell'alta tensione andando a cercare un bel drop ( seguite la gpx).

Go down the road to Toceno, Craveggia. For the return we turned left into a clearing, descending under the high-tension wires going to look for a nice drop (follow the gpx).
