Verso antiorario - Parcheggiata l'auto alla stazione FFSS di Sagrado e aver sottopassato i binari scaldiamo subito le gambe con una leggera salitella prima di scendere a Fogliano e al Cimitero Monumentale di Redipuglia. Grazie al sent. 80 e 81 rimaniamo paralleli all'autostrada per molti km fino a prendere il sent. dei Castellieri, che dopo la salita al Monte Gorjupa Kupa, ci conduce al Lago Doberdò (dalla strada che abbiamo fatto noi si intravvede appena tra il fogliame lo specchio d'acqua). Ora pedaliamo paralleli al percorso di andata fino alle pendici del Monte Redipuglia, per poi dirigerci verso Devetachi, dove inizia l'ultima salita del giro che ci porta a San Michele del Carso. Poco dopo arriviamo al GPM di giornata a quota 245 m. Scendiamo a San Martino del Carso e attraversiamo il bellissimo Bosco Cappuccio sempre in discesa, prima di passare a Castel Nuovo e rientrare a Sagrado.
