Si torna indietro a riprendere la strada che scende a Ridracoli e qui si svolta a sx su s.f. (inizialmente asfaltata) raggiungendo il passo del vinco. Prendere a dx e superate le case di Casanova dell'Alpe si entra nella foresta della Lama. Superata la stanga proseguire diritto trascurando un bivio a sx, superare la radura della Lama (casa forestale) e raggiungere dopo circa 6 km il Poggio della Seghettina ( tornante oltre il quale la strada inizia a scendere). Continuando per la strada dopo circa 3 km si giunge al Ponte alla Sega, ma è decisamente più soddisfacente raggiungere lo stesso punto imboccando il sentiero a dx che percorre il crinale e passa per le case della Seghettina e prosegue fino al fosso della Sega. Superato il rio si segue la s.f. fino al Ponte alla Sega, ricongiungendosi alla strada principale. Si sale a Pian del Pero e dopo un tratto in leggera discesa si imbocca il primo bivio a dx (s.f. per S. Paolo in Alpe). Si segue la s.f. con vari sali scendi fino ad incrociare la strada asfaltata che si percorre in discesa giungendo in breve a Biserno Seguire la s.s. 310 "Bidentina" verso Campigna-Passo Calla. Si supera il paese di S. Sofia e si svolta a sx direzione Isola - Ridracoli e dopo pochi km si raggiunge l'abitato di Biserno. Parcheggio nella piccola piazza.

You go back to back on the road that goes down to Ridracoli and here you turn left on sf (Initially paved) reaching step of the win. Take a right and go through the houses of Casanova Alpe you enter the Lama forest. After the pole go straight instead of a fork to the left, past the clearing of the Lama (forester) and after about 6 km to reach the Poggio della Seghettina (bend over which the road begins to descend). Continuing along the road after about 3 km you reach the bridge to Sega, but it is much more satisfying to reach the same point by taking the path on the right that crosses the ridge and passes through the houses of Seghettina and continues up to the ditch of Sega. After crossing the river, follow the s.f. to the Bridge at Sega, rejoining the main road. You go up to Pian del Pero and after a downward slope, take the first turning on the right (sf for S. Paolo in Alpe). Follow the s.f. with various ups and downs until you cross the paved road that runs downhill shortly come to Biserno Follow the ss 310 "Bidentina" to Campigna-Pass Calla. Pass the village of St. Sofia and turn left towards Isola - Ridracoli and after a few kilometers you will reach the village of Biserno. Parking in the small square.
