percorso bellissimo a mio modesto parere:
si parte da Genga stazione grotte di frasassi, direzione Camponecchio, verso la frazione Falcioni, in mezzo alle case svolta a dx strada bianca fino a Valgiubola, poi sterrata in gran parte fino a Castelletta stupendo borgo fermarsi e godersi il panorama e la tranquillità.
In mezzo alle case prendere il sentiero per Monte Scoccioni direzione Poggio S. Romualdo, si può sostare a bivaccare, breve tratto su strada bianca poi in mezzo al bosco fino a Pian Dell'Elmo Monte S. Vicino, l'ultimo tratto di 4/5 Km è ripidissimo ma bello. sopra il ponte del Fiume Esino
beautiful path in my humble opinion:
start from Genga station frasassi, Camponecchio direction, towards the hamlet Falcioni, through the houses turn right until Valgiubola dirt road, then a dirt road in large part to Castelletta wonderful village to stop and enjoy the scenery and tranquility.
In the midst of the houses take the trail to Monte Scoccioni direction Poggio San Romualdo, you can stop to camp, then short stretch of dirt road through the woods up to Pian Near Mount St. Elmo, the last stretch of 4-5 Km is steep but beautiful. over the bridge of the River Esino
