il percorso parte da albavilla in direzione alpe del vice rè, li si raggiunge il parcheggio annesso al parco da tutti conosciuto come la salute (nome del ristorante che c'era fino a pochi anni fa).
prendendo la sinistra del parco si prosegue per la direttissima che porta fino il monte bolletto,
molto impegnativo e per la gran parte dei bikers percorribile spingendo la bici.
Raggiunta la croce, lasciandola alle spalle e guardando verso destra si scorge il single track di partenza della ps1, ad un bivio si tiene la sx sempre in single track, difficile sbagliare perchè quello sulla dx sale, procedendo sempre verso valle si arriva ad un trivio o forse più , comunque si gira a sx e si procede fino ad un ulteriore diramazione , dove come sopra, difficile sbagliare perchè solo tenendo la dx si scende,
Questo primo tratto appena descritto é caratterizzato inizialmente da un fondo scorrevole , per proseguire dopo il trivio per il primo tratto scorrevole con fondo compatto successivamente su fondo sassosso, roccioso.
al termine di questo tratto si potrà scorgere nel prato a dx della carrareccia un segno fucsia su una roccia , li ci si addentra nel bosco , che proseguendo in scioltezza reca ad una staccionata , recinto in legno , qui ci si ferma e si prende la dx giù per il bosco inizialmente su un sentiero poco intuibile solo per i primi metri , che però si trasforma poi in un bellissimo single track che inizialmente costeggia la staccionata locata sulla sx , in seguito la abbandona per addentrarsi nel bosco. su questo tratto si potranno notare dei segni fucsia su alberi o rocce.
giunti al termine di questo tratto ci si trova sopra ad un ponticello , si prosegue , su una mulattiera o strada ghiaiosa , qui dovrete far riferimento alla traccia gps , in quanto non mi è semplice spiegare dovo sono dislocati alcuni tratti di sentiero che tagliano la strada.sono comunque visibili a lato della strada-mulattiera facendo un pò di attenzione .
giunti ad una casa se ci sarà ancora ,e spero ,noterete un bel cane bianco al cancello che vi guarderà senza abbaiare, li lasciandolo alle spalle si prosegue su un sentiero che conduce all'arrivo su asfalto per tornare al parcheggio di albese. parcheggio in via sturzo ad albese con cassano, si prosegue verso albavilla al cartello alpe del vice re seguire l'indicazione.
