Giretto breve ma intenso sia per la salita che per la bellissima discesa. Si parte dal grande piazzale vicino al comune;si scende 200m e si prende a dx per chatelard poi si imbocca la strada che sale direzione Cheverel poi Planaval. Nota dolente:tutta la salita è asfaltata,ci sono delle varianti ma le metterò un altra volta! Giunti al ristorante finisce la salita e ci si può cambiare per iniziare la discesa.Si torna indietro sull'asfalto per 2-300m:poco sotto la strada sulla destra scorre un piccolo ruscello incanalato,lo seguiamo fino alla fine(sarà 1 km scarso. Si arriva a un alpeggio,lo teniamo a sx e scendiamo altri 300m fino a incontrare una sterrata: a dx per altri 300m piuttosto ripidi e al cartello giallo andiamo a sx. Qui prendiamo il sentiero e lasciamo perdere tutte le tracce che vanno a sx:arrivati al villaggio di Villarisson oltrepassiamo la strada asfaltata (fatta in salita) e ci buttiamo su una sterrata prendendo a dx al 1°bivio. Si torna sull' asfalto: a dx si entra a Chateau si passa nel vicoletto a dx e si prende il sentiero a sx. Si scende su una sterrata e al 1° tornante che si incontra si prende il sentiero a sx.
