Percorso godibilissimo che si snoda sui crinali paralleli che corrono da Costamezzana a San Vittore e poi dopo aver guadato Gisolo, Rovacchia e di nuovo Gisolo riportano a Monte Manulo. Percorso ricco di saliscendi, al 90% fuori strada, con viste ampie e godibilissime sulle vallate sottostanti. Perfetto per l'autunno e i suoi colori. attenzione ai cani liberi presso la cosiddetta "casa del pastore". si possono lasciare le auto nel parcheggio del cimitero di costamezzana seguire poi l'asfalto in direzione Tabiano e nel tratto di strada compreso fra la strada che porta a Pieve di Cusignano e l'incrocio per l'osteria del sole, sulla sx si erge in rapida salita una strada inghiaiata: da qui inizia il percorso
