30 ottobre 2011, giornata di nebbia ma fortunatamente non fredda. Ore 8:30 ci si ritrova al parcheggio in via Ponte Canale a Vizzola Ticino. Dopo le presentazioni e i saluti, si parte per il solito giro domenicale.
Il giro Inizia sulla sterrata tra i due canali, dirigersi verso Somma Lombardo e giunti allo sbarramento girare a destra e seguire la ciclabile, prima asfaltata poi ciottolata che finisce su una strada aperta al traffico. Girare a sinistra e seguirla per un breve tratto sino al ponte (che non va attraversato). Procedendo dritto e subito sulla destra si trovano delle frecce in legno con la scritta "Fontanili" " Gallarate" seguirle. Il fondo, per un breve tratto ciottolato, diventa sterrato, continuare a seguire le indicazioni, sino ad arrivare al sottopasso dell'autostrada, passarlo, poco dopo si incrocia una larga strada sterrata, girare a sinistra, si trova una strada asfaltata, girare a destra dopo pochi metri girare a sinistra sulla di nuovo sulla sterrata continuare sino a ritrovarsi ad un incrocio con strade asfaltate e una freccia che indica " Cuirone " seguirle, a questo punto si trovano anche indicazioni " Sentiero S. Giacomo " , continuare sulla strada sino a trovare i cartelli " monte San Giacomo " seguirli per arrivare in Cima. VIZZOLA TICINO (VA) VIA PONTE CANALE
Seguire le indicazioni “Vizzola Ticino”, poi quelle “pista prove pmeumatici Pirelli” e “ristorante
vecchia trattoria” prima del quale ci sono ampie possibilità di parcheggio.

October 30, 2011, foggy day but fortunately not cold. 8:30 am we meet in the parking lot via Ponte Channel Vizzola Ticino. After introductions and greetings, it's off to the usual Sunday ride.
The tour starts on the dirt road between the two channels, head and joints Somma Lombardo to the dam, turn right and follow the path, then cobbled paved before it ends on a road open to traffic. Turn left and follow it for a short distance until the bridge (that should not be crossed). Continue straight ahead and immediately on the right are of wooden arrows with the words "Fountains" "Gallarate" follow them. The fund, a short section of cobbles, it becomes dirt, continue to follow the signs until you reach the motorway underpass, pass, shortly after it crosses a wide dirt road, turn left, there is a paved road, turn right after a few meters turn left again on the dirt road continue up to find themselves at a junction with paved roads and an arrow indicating "Cuirone" follow them, at this point there are also indications "Path of St. James', continue on the road until find the signs for "Mount St. James" to follow to get to the Top. Follow "Vizzola Ticino", then the "test track pmeumatici Pirelli" and "restaurant
