NOTE:
Una discesa su rocce di granito ed una salita ripida e sconnessa richiedono di fare 2 tratti a piedi (nel complesso circa 15 min ).
DESCRIZIONE :
Si parte dal parcheggio del campeggio LE DUNE a nord di Costa Rei. Sfuggiamo all'asfato correndo su sentieri sabbiosi, fino al villaggio di Ziu Franciscu; dopo pochi Km si lascia la strada per un tratturo che risale al promontorio di capo Ferrato. Stupenda la vista per il mare sottostante, per la profumata vegetazione e per le rocce scavate dal vento (purtroppo non avevo la fotocamera per documentarlo). La discesa su sentiero scavato dall'acqua costringe a scendere dalla bici ma il panorama che si apre su cala Sa Figu non fa pesare questa scarsa ciclabilità ed i frequenti "stop and go". Il rientro avviene per una piacevole strada sterrata a mite pendenza che valica il promontorio a q. 75. Ancora uno sguardo panoramico e poi il rientro in veloca discesa fino al Camping LE DUNE.
Scendendo sulla nuova SS125 a sud di Muravera, si passa oltre l'uscita per San Priamo e si esce a quella di Olia Speciosa. All'innesto sulla SP, si svolta a sx (dir. sud - ind. Costa Rei); poco dopo, ad un bivio, si svolta ancora a sx sulla SP 97 (ind. capo Ferrato). Dopo circa 4 km si lascia la SP svoltandoa dx per Costa Rei; ancora 1 Km e si trova ind. per il Camping Le Dune (ultima svolta a sx).

NOTE: On A descent of granite rocks and a steep and bumpy sections require you to do 2 feet (overall about 15 min).
DESCRIPTION:
It starts from the parking lot of the campsite LE DUNE north of Costa Rei. We escape all'asfato running on sandy paths, to the village of Ziu Franciscu; After a few km you leave the road and a cattle dating back to the promontory of Capo Ferrato. Superb views to the sea below, for the fragrant vegetation and rocks carved by wind (unfortunately I did not have a camera to document it). The descent path carved out of the water forces you to get off the bike but the view that opens to cove Sa Figu not weighed this little cycling and frequent "stop and go". The return is made for a pleasant dirt road to the mild slope that crosses the promontory q. 75 Still a panoramic look and then return in veloca descent to the Camping LE DUNE.
Down on the new SS125 south of Costa Rei, you pass over the exit for San Priam and exit to that of Olia Speciosa. Junction with SP, turn left (dir. South - ind. Costa Rei); shortly after, at a junction, turn left again on the SP 97 (ind. Capo Ferrato). After about 4 km you leave the SP svoltandoa dx for Costa Rei; still 1 Km and is ind. for Camping Le Dune (last turning on the left).
