Giro pedalato da Rapallo a Sestri Levante.
Purtroppo ho avuto un problema e non ho potuto fare l'ultimo parte (La Selva) su sterrato.
Partendo da Rapallo si sale fino a Montallegro, qui si prende il sentiero dietro il Santuario, per raggiungere Leivi.
Da Leivi si prende l'asfalto fino a Carasco. Giunti a Carasco si prende per Conscenti.
Superato l'abitatao di Conscenti si segue per Sambuceto.
Passato Sambuceto si prosegue sullo sterrato sempre sulla strada prinicipale fino a che si incontra sulla sinistra una sterrata che porta a un sentiero sopra la strada.
Arrivati in cima si trova un sentiero sulla sinistra che scende, di qui si arriva a Loto, sopra sestri Levante. Dopo alcune curve su asfalto si imbocca sulla destra la sterrata che sale sulla selva per proseguire sui sentieri della Superenduro di sestri Levante.
Sono circa 40km per il rientro si puo prendere il treno. Centro di Rapallo, seguire le indicazioni per il sabntuario di Montallegro

Unfortunately I had a problem and I could not do the last part (La Selva) on dirt.
From Rapallo climb up to Montallegro here we take the path behind the Sanctuary, to achieve Leivi.
From Leivi you take the asphalt to Carasco. Once in Carasco takes to Conscenti.
Passed the abitatao Conscenti follow for Sambuceto.
Past Sambuceto continue on the dirt road prinicipale always on the road until you come to a dirt road on the left that leads to a path above the road.
At the top there is a path on the left that goes down, here you get to Lotus Sestri Levante above. After a few turns on asphalt turn right into the dirt road that climbs the forest to continue on the path of Superenduro Sestri Levante.
Are about 40km to the return you can take the train. Rapallo city center, follow the signs to the sabntuario Montallegro
