Verso orario, quota min/max 1300/2490
Dal Passo Monte Croce Comelico scendiamo fino a Sesto per bei sentieri, forestali e ciclabile.
Inizia una lunga interminabile salita che dai 1300m del paese ci porterà al Rif Sillianer a quota 2490m. Un meraviglioso sentiero in cresta (a volte non ciclabile) ci porterà oltre il Monte Arnese da dove inizia la discesa verso Malga Klammbach all'inizio molto tecnica che ci costringerà a portare la bici in spalla. Scendiamo ancora fino al quadrivio dove giriamo a sinistra per raggiungere Malga Nemes. Saliamo ancora un po' e al bivio con wpt M giriamo a destra per Malga Coltrondo. Passato il Lago dei Rospi scendiamo definitivamente al Passo da cui siamo partiti.
