partendo dalla Bagnara si sale su fino a Fontana Fratta percorrendo tutto asfalto, pendenze non eccessive, si arriva sul punto piu alto (701 m.s.l.m.) per poi riscendere attraverso i prati di Sant'Elia, a metà della vallata prendiamo la via sterrata sulla destra, bel percorso brecciato di circa 5 km che ci riporta attraverso il bosco nella località Porrino, il percorso è isolato e quindi meglio andare in compagnia abbazia di Casamari
starting from Bagnara you climb up to Fontana Fratta all along asphalt, slopes are not excessive, you get the highest point (701 m) before falling back through the meadows of Sant'Elia, in the middle of the valley, take the dirt road on the right, beautiful route breccia of about 5 km which takes us back through the forest in Porrino, the path is isolated and therefore better to go in the company abbey of Casamari
