Un giro da pausa pranzo di media difficoltà per le pendenze e il fondo, quasi proibitivo in caso di fango, specie nel lato a nord.
Passa vicino al castello del conte Capra e sale alla frazione di Marola, questo nel lato normalmente esposto al sole, poi il lato verso Chiuppano in caso di fondo bagnato va preso con le pinze, sassi neri come saponette e scarso drenaggio.
Non molta la distanza e il dislivello, ma impegnativa in alcuni brevi tratti, sia a salire che a scendere. la salita tecnica inizia a Carrè, angolo gelateria atlantide
