Giro XC facile ma paesaggisticamente bellissimo (uno dei più belli che ho fatto nella zona).
L'itinerario parte da Manziana e raggiunge i Monti della Tolfa. Dopo i primi 18 km di asfalto (purtroppo) tutti in discesa inizia lo sterrato. Le parti di sterrato non hanno nessun problema di fondo o di orientamento, ogni tanto c'è qualche rampetta ripida ma gestibile senza problemi.
Nel giro si passano due guadi. Il primo può avere tanta portata d'acqua durante la stagione piovosa, fate attenzione che subito dopo il guado tocca oltrepassare una recinzione di filo spinato, meglio essere in due per aiutarsi. Il secondo guado si fa su un torrentello senza problemi di sorta.
Il giro sconsiglio di farlo d'inverno e nell'autunno tardo per via della presenza di fango (molto fango) nella seconda parte del giro.
Anche se l'itinerario è tecnicamente facile, a fine giro i 40 km si fanno un po' sentire. Manziana si raggiunge, percorrendo l'Aurelia direzione Civitavecchia fino a Furbara, si gira per via Furbara Sasso e la si segue tutta fino ad incrociare la Braccianese, qua si gira a sinistra direzione Manziana, si ignora la strada che va a destra per entrare nell'abitato di Manziana e si rimane sulla Braccianese, dopo circa 100/200 mt si volta a sinistra e si entra nel parcheggio per il bosco di Manziana.

Giro XC easy but scenically beautiful (one of the nicest I've done in the area).
The route starts by Manzanita and reaches the Tolfa Mountains. After the first 18 km of asphalt (unfortunately) all downhill dirt road begins. The pieces of gravel do not have any underlying problem or guidance, sometimes there is some rampetta steep but manageable without any problems.
Within you pass two fords. The first may have a lot of water flow during the rainy season, be aware that immediately after crossing the ford touches a fence of barbed wire, better to be in two to help. The second ford is done on a small stream with no problems whatsoever.
The tour would not advise to do it in the winter and late autumn due to the presence of mud (a lot of mud) in the second part of the tour.
Although the route is technically easy, at the end of lap 40 km you get a little 'feel. Manzanita is reached, along the Aurelia towards Civitavecchia until Furbara, turns to street Furbara Sasso and follow it until you cross the whole Braccianese, here you turn left direction Manzanita, you ignore the road that goes right to enter in 'town of Manzanita and you remain on Braccianese, after about 100/200 mt turn left and enter the parking lot through the forest of Manzanita.
