Un giro effettuato in solitaria.
Un po’ per pigrizia ho deciso di non fare la salita su asfalto da Boulbutet e in macchina mi sono diretto a Pian dell’Alpe dove, dopo il Rifugio è presente un ampio parcheggio. Con l’idea di “…mi faccio una sgambatina”, avendo visto solo sulla carta il percorso e non avendo notato le altimetrie ... sono partito. Il colpo d’occhio è impagabile, un’ampia valle verdissima con una sottile lingua di asfalto che con mille tornanti sale verso il cielo … verso Colle delle Finestre. Già il primo tratto di asfalto è un bel biglietto da visita sul resto del percorso. Lasciata la strada asfaltata seguendo le indicazioni per Cima Ciantiplagna si percorre una mulattiera con fondo discreto e con pendenza costante. In 9,2 km si copre un dislivello di 970 mt. La salita è costante ma sono presenti alcuni strappetti degni di nota. Si arriva al Col della Vecchietta, dove la strada non è più esposta e battuta dal vento. Si continua a salire e inizia a comparire la neve (oggi è il 24 giugno). In alcuni tornati la strada è completamente coperta da piccole montagnole di neve che in qualche modo bisogna oltrepassare. Arrivati sotto cima Ciantiplagna quota 2780 mt, dietro un tornante, incredibile ma vero, inizia la discesa. Sempre su strada militare, ma con fondo più ciotoloso, si taglia orizzontalmente il fianco della montagna. Si raggiungano agevolmente velocità importanti… il sentiero è stretto ed esposto …. meglio frenare. Due piccole risalite e altrettante discese e si arriva alla testa dell’Assietta. La discesa non è entusiasmante, in occasione del passaggio del giro d’Italia è stata levigata. Ora è una bella strada bianca che riporta a Pian dell’Alpe.

On A lap done solo.
A little 'out of laziness I decided not to make the ascent on asphalt from Boulbutet and in the car I headed to the Alpe Pian where, after Shelter is a large parking lot. With the idea of ??"... I do a sgambatina", having seen only on paper the path and not having noticed the altitudes ... I left. The sight is priceless, a wide green valley with a thin strip of asphalt with a thousand bends up towards the sky ... towards Colle delle windows. Already on the first stretch of asphalt is a nice card on the rest of the way. After leaving the paved road following the signs to Top Ciantiplagna you take a mule with discrete and bottom with constant slope. In 9.2 kilometers it covers a height difference of 970 meters. The climb is steady but there are some strappetti noteworthy. We arrive at the Col Vecchietta, where the road is no longer exposed and windswept. It continues to rise and the snow begins to appear (today is June 24). In some returned to the road is completely covered by small mounds of snow that somehow must pass. Arrived in the top portion Ciantiplagna 2780 meters, behind a bend, believe it or not, the descent begins. Also on military road, but with more bottom ciotoloso, cut horizontally the side of the mountain. It easily reach speeds important ... the path is narrow and exposed. ... better braking. Two small ascents and descents, and the same number you get to the head dell'Assietta. The descent is not exciting, on the occasion of the passage of the Tour of Italy was smooth. Now is a good dirt road that leads back to the Alpe Pian.
