Gestartet wird in Kartung. Von hier aus geht es nach Winden und vom Sportplatz in den Wald. Ab jetzt geht es einfach den Berg nach oben bis zum Fremersberg. Beim Fremersberg oben am Turm rechts zu den Bänken und dann die rechte Abfahrt nach unten (Trail). Nun kommt man wieder unten an und fährt über die Straße wieder nach oben. Oben angekommen gerade aus durch die Schranke und dann gleich links ab. Von hier aus geht es immer bergab (Trail mit CC-Anteil). Durch Sinzheim fahren wir dann zurück nach Kartung.

Starts in Kartung. From here it goes to winds and from the sports ground in the forest. From now on, it just goes up the mountain to Fremersberg. When Fremersberg top of the tower on the right to the banks and then the right exit down (Trail). Now to get back to the bottom and moves across the street back up. Once at the top straight down through the barrier and then immediately left. From here it's all downhill (Trail CC-Share). By Sinzheim we'll go back to Kartung.
