Dal paese di San Benedetto in Alpe si prende la strada a destra asfaltata ( SP55) con indicazioni per Marradi. Si sale fino al Passo della Peschiera. Sul passo si prende la ghiaiata con sbarra a sinistra e la si percorre fino alla fine sua fine seguendo il sentiero 555 che corre su di essa. Prendere il sentiero a sinistra 413 che vi portera al Monte Lavane e vi farà scendere fino alla Caduta dei Romiti meglio conosciuta come Acquacheta.Da lì seguire il sentiero 407 Che riporta a San Benedetto. Nell'ultimo tratto se il sentiero era interrotto si può prendere come si vede nella traccia gps il sentiero 415 a sinistra che vi porterò nella provinciale percorsa all'inizio,andare a destra per tornare in paese. Fine.
Fino al monte Lavane è quasi tutta salita, ma è asfalto fino alla Peschiera,poi ghiaiata. La discesa nei sentieri è piuttosto freeride,con pendenze a volte notevoli, in qualche passaggio ci sarà da scendere a meno che non abbiate bici da dh. L' Acquacheta merita,passerete accanto a bellissime cascate.

From the town of San Benedetto in Alpe take the road on the right road (SP55) with directions to Marradi. You climb up to the Passo della Peschiera. On step you take with the gravel bar to the left and follow it to the end of its end following the path 555 that runs on it. Take the left path 413 that will take you to Mount Lavane and you will go down to the Fall of the Romiti better known as Acquacheta.Da That there follow the path 407 back to San Benedetto. In the last part if the path was interrupted you can take as seen in gps track the path 415 to the left that will bring you into the provincial paced at the beginning, go right to get back in the country. Finish.
Until Lavane mountain is almost all uphill, but it is up to the Peschiera asphalt, then gravel. The descent in the paths is quite freeride, with gradients sometimes considerable, in some step we will have to get off unless you dh bike. L 'Acquacheta deserves, you will pass by beautiful waterfalls.
