Bel giro breve sopra Cipressa (IM). La traccia parte da San Lorenzo al Mare e prosegue lungo la strada per Pietrabruna, dove si svolta poi a sinistra per Lingueglietta; si oltrepassa il paese arrivando sulla cresta tra, appunto, Lingueglietta e Cipressa, dove partono due singletracks segnalati non difficili e carini. Per scendere a Cipressa si prende il terzo sentiero, con tornantini preparati, piuttosto divertente e solo in certi punti tecnico. Da Cipressa si scende nuovamente a San Lorenzo con la strada asfaltata, tagliando però in due punti in mezzo agli uliveti.
Prima alternativa: salire a Lingueglietta per la strada che porta anche a Cipressa (quella della corsa Milano - Sanremo).
Seconda alternativa: nella discesa per Cipressa, risalire per 100m fino alla torre per poi poter scendere in paese lungo una scalinata (ci sono i cartelli).

Nice ride over short Cipressa (IM). The trail starts in San Lorenzo al Mare and continue along the road for Pietrabruna, where you turn left and then to Lingueglietta; cross the country reaching the ridge between, of course, and Lingueglietta Cipressa, where two singletracks reported not difficult and cute. To get off to Cipressa you take the third path, with hairpins prepared, pretty funny, and only in certain technical points. From Cipressa you go back to San Lorenzo with the paved road, cutting in two points, however, in the midst of olive groves.
First alternative: go Lingueglietta the road that also leads to Cipressa (that of the race Milan - San Remo.) < br> Second alternative: the descent to Cipressa, go up to 100m up to the tower and then be able to go into town along a staircase (there are signs).
