Giro abbastanza tranquillo, parecchia salita, mai troppo ripida, tanto verde, tocca i versanti della Valle Benedetta, Gabbro e foresta di Montenero. Si fa in 2 ore e mezzo circa, senza tirare, strade abbastanza buone, qualche punto con sassi e solchi, niente di che, fattibile in tutti i periodi dell'anno. Sono possibili deviazioni sul campo, in quanto l'itinerario interseca tutta una serie di sentieri all'interno del parco delle colline livornesi.

Giro pretty quiet, a lot of uphill, never too steep, so green, tap the sides of the Valle Benedetta, Gabbro and forest Montenero. It takes 2 hours and a half, without pulling, roads good enough, somewhere with rocks and ruts, nothing that feasible in all periods of the year. Deviations are possible on the field, as the route intersects a series of trails within the park hills of Livorno.
