L'itinerario ha inizio dalla chiesetta dei monti delle Cesane e prevede, come da titolo, 4 discese di media difficoltà.
Dalla chiesetta si fà un primo tratto su asfalto e subito dopo l'armeria si percorre un sentiero che costeggia la strada asfaltata fino alla prima discesa chiamata della madona rossa, sentiero n.130. La discesa è breve e divertente con un piccolo tratto in buona pendenza e pieno di pietre. Risalita su strada bianca fino alla seconda discesa, sentiero 134, già descritta in altri itinerari. Secondo me la migliore. Risalita e proseguio nei single track sali scendi fino alla terza discesa, secret spot, sentiero non segnalato che ci porterà fin quasi a San Cristoforo de Valli. La discesa è facile, la risalita un pò meno poichè la pendenza si sente. Una volta risaliti siamo nei pressi della locale la baita, oltrepassato il locale ci dirigiamo passando davanti l'imbocco delle piste FR/DH alla quarta discesa, sentiero 138, passando prima per un secret spot dentro il bosco. Attenzione che il 138 interseca il secret spot e quindi è fondamentale vedere la svolta. Comunque andando dritti si risale verso la baita...no problem.
Risaliti lungo la strada che attraversa le piste FR/DH (occhio se vieni giù qualcuno!) si prosegue fino a risalire tramite il sentiero 141...anche qui discreta pendenza! Si ripercorre un pò di strada già fatta fino ad arrivare all'imbocco di un sentiero, secret spot, scovato ultimamente che non è troppo impegnativo ed eseguibile in entrambe i sensi. Una volta riusciti sull'asfaltata si attraversa e si prosegue per i sali scendi tipici della zona alta delle Cesane fino ad arrivare all'ultimo single track che ci riporterà proprio davanti all'armeria e quindi alla macchina.

The itinerary starts from the church of the mountains Cesane and provides, as the title suggests, 4 runs of medium difficulty.
From the church gets a first stretch of asphalt and immediately after the armory along a path that runs alongside the road asphalted until the first drop-down call madona red path 130. The descent is short and fun with a little stretch in good slope and full of stones. Ascent on gravel road until the second downhill trail 134, already described in other routes. According to me the best. Lifts and proseguio in single track up and down until the third descent, secret spot, unmarked trail that will take us almost to San Cristoforo de Valli. The descent is easy, the slope a little less because the slope is heard. Once we climbed back near the local lodge, past the local we head past the entrance of the ski FR / DH at the fourth descent path 138, passing first through a secret spot in the woods. Please note that the 138 intersects the secret spot and so it's vital to get the breakthrough. However, going straight climb to the hut ... no problem.
Recovered along the road that crosses the tracks FR / DH (eye if you get someone down!) Continue to go up through the path 141 ... also here discrete gradient! It traces a bit of road already made up to the entrance of a trail, secret spot, discovered lately that is not too demanding and executable in both directions. Once you can asphalted cross it and continue to the ups and downs typical of the area high Cesane up to the last single track that will bring us right in front of the armory and then to the car.
